How to proceed:

1. You must send a Power of Attorney in the Name of PTClub's local lawyer so that he can present before the authorities the application and all other documents.
2. Photocopy of all used pages in person's passport.

All the documents, except the copies from the passport and the bank statement must come notarized, with a notary flag and legalized by the Nicaraguan consul. The cost for Legalization is $25 per document.

Cost Eur 17,500 first adult person and can do discounts for more people. Some nationalities may incur a surcharge. This cost is inclusive of all translations and document costs in Nicaragua.
